Booking Services:
Your Chicago Concierge provides personalized booking services for various activities, events, and experiences in the Chicago area. We strive to meet your preferences and requirements to create memorable experiences tailored to your needs.
Membership Packages:
Membership packages offer different levels of benefits and services. By purchasing a membership package, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined for that specific package.
Booking Fees:
Standard booking fees apply to all reservations made through Your Chicago Concierge. Additional charges may apply for expedited, ASAP bookings, or special reservations. Pricing details for standard booking fees, expedited services, and membership packages are outlined on our website and may be subject to change.
Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings made through Your Chicago Concierge. If you wish to reschedule your itinerary, one reschedule is free if requested 24 hours or more before the scheduled itinerary. Rescheduling within 24 hours, or multiple reschedules, are subject to the standard booking fee of $25 per occurrence. All itineraries come with three opportunities for you to review and approve or reject the proposed plans. For cancellations of your designated reservation (dining, activity, etc.), you are subject to payment of any cancellation fees from third-party vendors and will be invoiced accordingly.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time given 30 days advance notice.
Liability:
Your Chicago Concierge acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes made by third-party vendors. Clients are encouraged to verify details directly with the service provider.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
Modification of Terms:
Your Chicago Concierge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Membership Policy:
All memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. However, one month advance notice is required for cancellation to ensure no further charges are incurred.
